PLEASE READ COMPLETE RULES for 2026 CRAFT VENDORS

  • Application deadline is August 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time Zone.
  • You will receive an email indicating if you are Accepted to become a Vendor. Your spot is not held until payment is made. You will receive an invoice for the non-refundable $50 Vendor Fee. This fee must be paid by 2 weeks of receiving the approval letter & invoice. Failure to pay will result in your booth not being reserved.
  • Week of the Event: Approved Craft Vendors will receive an Email with set up information. Event staff will have spaces assigned prior to your arrival on the day of set-up.
  • Vendors may begin setting up on the day of the event no earlier than 8:00 AM. Event starts at 11:00 AM and concludes at 6:00 PM.
  • Please note that you must collect Kentucky Sales Tax as a list of vendors will be reported to Kentucky Department of Revenue.
  • Craft Vendors are reviewed by a committee as they are submitted. Items should be handcrafted items.
  • We limit to 3 of the same type of vendor booth. We will not accepted items from marketing sales such as Mary Kay, Avon, Tupperware, Plunder, or mass sales type items.
  • No undesirable items will be sold. The Kentucky Food Truck Championship Committee will consider an undesirable as (but not limited to) stink bombs, swords, knives, silly string, potato guns, dart guns, marshmallow guns or any other projectile object, obscene or offensive material and any item deemed inappropriate by the officials.
  • Absolutely NO food, candy, freeze dried candy, treats, or drinks will be allowed for sale in craft vendor area. If you want to sell food – sign up to be a Food Truck Vendor. No sale of alcoholic beverages or drug paraphernalia.
  • You will unload by your spot and take your car to vendor parking area. We will have golf cart shuttles to help bring you to your spot.
  • Vendors space is 10-foot by 10-foot in size. You will need to bring your own table, chairs, and straight leg canopy tents (NO slant legged tents). If you want a larger area, you must purchase an additional space.
  • All canopies must be overly secured with weights to withstand high winds. The event is not responsible for any damages.
  • Set up and tear down is 100% your responsibility.
  • You must be set up between 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.  If you leave early, you will not be invited back to set up for future events.
  • There are no electrical outlets for vendors.
  • If you want to be placed beside another particular vendor, please list their name with question on the application.
  • Placement of booths is up to the discretion of the Mt. Vernon-Rockcastle County Tourist Commission Board of Directors and Staff Members.
  • It is recommended to have someone with you at your booth in case you need to leave it. We will not have anyone available to staff your booth.
  • No animals permitted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • No raffles are allowed.
  • The Mt. Vernon-Rockcastle County Tourist Commission Board of Directors has the right to refuse any application.

Before you complete the application, be sure to have photographs of your booth and items, as well as Kentucky Sales Tax Permit Number.
